Choline
Choline isin lecithin, found in egg yolks. Choline is actually a vitamin-like substance that has a role in the metabolism of fats and the formation of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Deficiency causes memory loss. Excessive quanitities are excreted. The recommended daily intake of choline is 500-900 mg in normal diet.
