Biotin
Biotin is found in liver, egg yolk and cooked egg white, soy flour, yeast and cereals. It is important in the sysnthesis of essential fatty acids and amino acid metabolism. Deficieny leads to muscle pain, dry skin, high blood cholesterol, loss of appetite, nausea and fatigue. The recommended daily intake of biotin is 0.1 mg
