A study from the Harvard School of Public Health has proved that men who eat diets rich in fruits and vegetables have fewer lung problems than men who don't. In fact men who at the most fruit and vegetables were actually four times less likely to be diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than those men who at very little fruit and vegetables. Researchers believe that fruits and vegetables are high in antioxidants which help protect the lungs from disease. Read more about this study from the blog known as the Medical Migrant.
