Stress is an everyday experience. Stress can be both good for us and bad for us, but whatever its form it is an unavoidable fact of life. Stress is known to have negative effects on health and wellbeing and this fact alone has generated multi-million dollar enterprises to relieve, avoid and/or cope with stress.

When it comes to acknowledging stress the worst culprits are men who tend to see stress as something that happens to other people or maybe even a sign of weakness in personality. But men are as affected by stress as anyone else and in some cases even more so. An important step in stress management is knowing what to look for in the first place.Recognizing Stress in Men is the focus of this feature.
