Blood Pressure for Men's Health

Blood pressure readings can be confusing. You go to your doctor for a routine examination and they take your blood pressure. It is 167/90. They frown and tell you to stop smoking, eat less fat and salt, get a dog & take more exercise. You go back a few weeks later. The doctor smiles; your blood pressure has gone down to 120/80. The doctor is pleased so you are pleased, but what does it all mean?
